The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas has confirmed that there are no changes to the LPG booking rules. For households with a single cylinder, the booking timelines differ based on location. Urban households can book after 25 days, while rural households must wait 45 days. Commercial cylinders, which are primarily used by businesses, are supplied only for emergency services and educational institutions, further emphasizing the need for clarity in the booking process.
