Duliajan (Assam): Assam Police has held an 18-hour-long marathon dialogue on technological enchancment and methods to make the drive extra citizen-friendly, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma stated on Tuesday.
The deliberations had begun on the primary of the two-day convention of superintendents of police in Dibrugarh district on Monday.
“First Day of SPs Convention, began at 10.30 am yesterday, has ended simply now, at 4 am. This 18 hour-long marathon was intense, with detailed displays by SPs/Addl SPs. We stand dedicated to supply a technologically superior, citizen pleasant Police drive to our folks,” Sarma tweeted early on Tuesday.
Union Residence Secretary Ajay Kumar Bhalla and the Director of the Intelligence Bureau Arvind Kumar are scheduled to attend the convention through the day, and current their views on the safety state of affairs.
