Chhattisgarh: Blast hits CRPF particular practice at Raipur railway station, 4 personnel injured 

As many as 4 Central Reserve Police Power (CRPF) personnel sustained accidents in a minor blast that occurred whereas shifting a detonator at Raipur railway station on Saturday morning. Based on CRPF sources, the incident occurred at 6.30 am right now at Raipur railway station when personnel of 122 Battalion of CRPF have been about to board a practice to Jammu.

The preliminary experiences counsel that the blast occurred when a field containing an igniter set fell on the ground of the particular practice that was about to depart.

A senior officer knowledgeable that the injured personnel have been rushed to a neighborhood hospital for therapy.

“Head Constable Vikas Chauhan has suffered severe accidents as he was holding the field when it by chance fell on the ground. The opposite three personnel sustained minor accidents and have been discharged from the hospital after first help. They’ve boarded the practice,” mentioned the officer.

“Senior officers of CRPF and native police have reached the railway station. A probe has been launched into the incident,” he added.
