Amid rumours of a management change in Chhattisgarh, a few dozen Congress MLAs near Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel reached Delhi on Wednesday and sought a gathering with the social gathering excessive command.
The Chhattisgarh MLAs reached Chattisgarh Sadan and raised their pitch towards a change of guard within the state.
