Chandigarh: A minimum of 11 disqualified MLAs in Haryana are drawing pension and allowances from the state authorities for the final 11 years, says an RTI report.

An RTI reply accessed by Instances Now says that a number of disqualified MLAs of Haryana have been misusing taxpayers’ cash to attract pensions, dearness and journey allowances for 11 years.

Studying out from the report, RTI activist PP Kapoor stated again in 2010, then Haryana Speaker Chaudhary Satbir Singh Kadiyan had disqualified 11 MLAs beneath the anti-defection legislation.
