The Haryana Taxation and Excise Division has launched the Particular Drive to eliminate GST refunds.
A refund drive was performed by the Excise and Taxation Division Haryana from eighth November 2021 to eighth December 2021 to eliminate/course of all pending refund instances over a forty five days time interval by the sector formations throughout the State of Haryana.
In these 30 days, a complete of 199 refund functions amounting to 107.88/- Crore has been processed/disposed of. In proportion phrases, 77.44% of the entire rely of pendency and 80% of the quantity concerned in these refund instances have been disposed of on this drive since 08 November 2021.
It’s reiterated that the Authorities of Haryana shall try to proceed its dedication in the direction of its taxpayers and supply all refunds inside the time interval stipulated beneath GST Act, 2017.
