Chandigarh: The Haryana authorities on Tuesday relieved Sumeet Sihag and Isha Kamboj, each 2016 batch Haryana Civil Companies (HCS) officers, for deputation to the UT administration.
Sihag was posted as property officer in Karnal, whereas Isha was secretary, Haryana Workers Choice Board.
The Haryana authorities had despatched a panel of seven HCS officers — Mamta, Vijender Hooda and Pradeep Ahlawat, all 2013 batch HCS; and Shashi Vasundhra, Sanyam Garg, Sumeet Sihag and Isha Kamboj, all 2016 batch HCS officers — to the administration that had later chosen Sihag and Kamboj.
Sad with the distribution of departments to Haryana cadre IAS and IPS officers within the UT administration, chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar had lately raised objections and written to Punjab governor-cum-UT administrator Banwarilal Purohit — the second such letter inside two months. The primary was written on March 31; the second on Could 28. The letters had been assessed by TOI. The March 31 letter was written after the administration repatriated two HCS officers in February this 12 months.
