On Monday, October 11, the Lunglei Deputy Commissioner, Kulothungan distributed 46 smartphones to college students belonging to the Beneath Poverty Line (BPL) and AAY households.

The smartphones had been distributed throughout a operate organised by the workplace of Lunglei Deputy Commissioner, in partnership with Mizo College students’ Union (MSU), Regional Headquarters, Lunglei.
