Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma has mentioned that he needs to see an SP that might inform him that he may go to a district with out safety.
“I need to see an SP who can inform me that I may go to his district with out safety,” Assam chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma mentioned.
Sarma made this assertion whereas addressing the second Assam SPs convention, which is underway on the oil city of Duliajan.
