In a significant operation towards drug menace, the Authorized Metrology Enforcement Division and Anti Tobacco Squad seized international cigarettes value Rs 2.79 lakhs from 12 distributors of Siaha and Lawngtlai city.
A complete of 5580 packs of international cigarettes, consisting of 3590 packs of ‘Far Star Model’ and 1990 packs of ‘Valiant Model’ had been seized by the officers.
