Adopting an odd-even formulation, the Punjab and Haryana Excessive Court docket in the present day made it clear that every one its Benches would hear civil and prison circumstances on a bodily platform following decline in Covid circumstances.   • The Benches headed by Justice Augustine George Masih, Justice Tejinder Singh Dhindsa and Justice MS Ramachandra Rao will operate on odd dates comparable to first, third and fifth
  • The Benches headed by Justice Ajay Tewari, Justice Ritu Bahri and Justice GS Sandhawalia will operate on even dates comparable to second, fourth and sixth

The Benches headed by Justice Augustine George Masih, Justice Tejinder Singh Dhindsa and Justice MS Ramachandra Rao would operate on odd dates comparable to first, third and fifth.

The Benches headed by Justice Ajay Tewari, Justice Ritu Bahri and Justice GS Sandhawalia would operate on even dates comparable to second, fourth and sixth.

The primary Division Bench, comprising Chief Justice Ravi Shanker Jha and Justice Arun Palli, would maintain court docket each Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Six single Benches would hear civil issues and writ petitions, and 12 single Benches would take up prison issues in the course of the odd dates.

On even dates, 5 single Benches would hear civil issues and writ petitions, whereas 12 single Benches would take up prison issues. The association would are available pressure from February 14.
