“Due to bad weather, the flight from Hyderabad to Hubballi was diverted to Bengaluru,” said an airport official.
Fly91 emphasized that holding the aircraft and diverting it was part of standard operating procedures—prioritizing safety over schedule adherence.
Reports suggesting a technical fault were described as false and baseless by Fly91.
The aircraft remained airborne for nearly three hours before landing in Bengaluru.
