The RRB NTPC UG City Intimation Slip 2026 was released on April 27, 2026. This announcement comes just ten days before the first exam date, set for May 7, 2026. Candidates can now effectively plan their travel arrangements.
The city slips are available for download on the official website https://www.rrbcdg.gov.in/ and regional RRB portals. The slip provides essential details, including exam date, shift timing, and the allotted exam city.
However, it’s important to note that the city intimation slip is not an e-call letter. It does not grant entry to the examination center. Candidates must obtain their official e-call letters four days before their scheduled exam date.
The CBT 1 exam will occur from May 7 to June 21, 2026. It will take place across multiple shifts in various cities. Candidates should arrive at their designated exam centers at least 1.5 hours prior to their shift.
As of midday April 27, candidates need to log in using their registration number and password or date of birth to download the slip. This step is crucial for ensuring they have all necessary information ahead of time.
Officials emphasized that this City Intimation Slip serves solely as a travel planning tool for candidates appearing in the RRB NTPC Undergraduate posts. They must carefully review and adhere to all guidelines provided with the slip.
With about 3,058 undergraduate level posts available, competition is expected to be fierce. Candidates are advised to stay updated on any further announcements regarding the examination process.
Still, uncertainties linger regarding potential changes to the exam schedule or additional requirements that may arise closer to the exam dates.
