DigiLocker has sparked excitement among students with news of the upcoming Maharashtra HSC Class 12 results. The results are expected to be declared on May 23, 2026.
As of midday, CBSE officials indicated that the Class 12 results for 2026 are likely to be released in the third week of May. This aligns with the timeline set for previous years.
The Class 12 board examinations began on February 17, 2026. Approximately 46 lakh students are participating in these exams across various boards.
CBSE has fully rolled out the On-Screen Marking system for Class 12 answer sheets this year. Teachers have expressed satisfaction with this new digital evaluation system.
Sanyam Bhardwaj, a CBSE official, stated, “My evaluation is going very perfectly, better than the previous evaluation.” This reflects a positive shift in the assessment process.
Students from 26 countries are also appearing for these examinations. The adoption of digital assessment tools is seen as a significant advancement in educational evaluation.
Bhardwaj added, “They are sending me selfies, photographs and messages thanking us, saying they are fortunate to work with this system.” This showcases the enthusiasm around the new evaluation methods.
The Maharashtra Board’s announcement has generated a buzz among students eager for their results. Many are turning to DigiLocker for updates and accessing their scores digitally.
