CBSE Class 12 examinations took place from February 17 to April 10, 2026. The expected result date is on or before April 30, 2026. This change aims to improve accuracy and reduce delays linked to manual assessment.
Students can access their marksheets via official websites: cbse.gov.in, results.cbse.nic.in, and cbseresults.nic.in. Additionally, they will be able to download digital marksheets after the results are published.
To check results on DigiLocker, students need to log in using their Aadhaar number or registered mobile number. For the UMANG app, logging in requires just a mobile number. Students should keep their roll number, school number, and admit card credentials ready before logging in.
Last year, the overall pass percentage for Class 10 was reported at 88.39 percent. The Class 10 result was declared on April 15 for over 24 lakh candidates—this provides a context for what students might expect this year.
Original certificates will be issued through schools after the results are declared. However, officials have not confirmed whether there will be any changes in this process due to the new marking system.
